Go down into the valley and see what I have for you there. I have rest and refreshment but you are kicking against Me, desiring to have your own way. I know what is deep in your heart and what your soul longs for.
Return to Me and allow My favor to flow in your life. You have resisted Me for so long you have forgotten what it feels like to be truly nourished by another. Allow Me to nourish you with My Word and cleanse you with My Spirit, so you can raise your head again and look towards the days to come.
You have been in this place of pain for too long. It has become the familiar friend to you. Let Me remove it by the power of My Holy Spirit so you can stand up straight free from the burden suffering places on you. This is not your lot in life. Look to Me and be healed, says the Lord.
