Come into the secret place with Me, and hide yourself in My heart for a while. You need restoring when you are weary, and you need encouragement when you are low. Only in My presence can you regain your strength for life. Entertainment will further sap your energy and feed you with food that is not good for your soul.
Worldly pleasures will come to an end, but My eternal presence is with you now if you will draw close to Me and close the door to the distractions in your life. You need to change your focus away from that which is temporary. It has no substance, nor can it bring change that will be lasting or beneficial to you. You know already what I have asked you to lay aside. Your resistance to let go is only causing you pain and disquiet of your heart.
Change your mind about what is important and prioritize time in My presence. Then you will know fullness of joy, and you will have strength to accomplish all the things I have placed in your heart. Do not live with frustration because you are weary. The world makes you weary, but come to Me and I will refresh your soul and your spirit will awake to righteousness.

The world does make us weary, but time spent in God's presence restores us and gives us strength for our lives.
